First – do some internet searchs on “carbon fiber lay up”  and on “vacuum bagging”, learn as much as you can.

Start by figuring out exactly what you want.  Then take some stiff paper and cut out a pattern.  Fit it the best you can to your hand (as in my case yours might be different).
